It goes from 30 to 41.

The team needs wins, wins and more wins to offset this.

i'm seeing it at 34 with an sos of 92 - courtesy of realtimerpi updated as of yesterdays games...

thankfully those tennessee wins are holding very strong in the computers despite tennessee looking like a very mediocre team

Also helping were WSU win @UCLA, Maryland stunning UNC, PSU defeating Boise State,Ok St over Baylor and St. Mary's blowing up on Utah State.

Our RPI took a bigger hit the last time we played LMU and Pepperdine. Utah has sure moved up #10 RPI

In my opinion, the big RPI news for the weekend was Maryland (shot from 69 to 52) and St. Mary's (climbed from 61 to 53).

If somehow those two schools make up a few more spots and can sneak into the Top 50 -- GU would have 6 Top 50 wins (and a chance at a 7th should they meet SMC in the WCC tourney).

Nicely done, Terps and Gaels.

Their next 2 games are Pepp and LMU.

53 is as high as they're gonna get. Too bad.

We could use 2 or maybe even 3 more of our wins to be vs RPI Top 50

When SMC beats Pepperdine by 18 and LMU by 28 their RPI will probably drop 10.

The good news is Maryland plays Duke and Wake in the next two weeks, so even if they lose, their RPI will go up.
