Nice job, Joe!

Good to hear! I sure hope that things work out and Joe ends up a Zag.

I don't want to be a downer....but I have seen Joe play a handful of times, and I would be a little dissapointed if the staff goes for Harris over guys like Aaron Bright, Terrell Stoglin, and Jordin Mays.

Joe is a very smart player, but he will struggle against more athletic teams at the next level... and I mean really struggle. Joe would thrive at Portland or Utah St. or a school like that, but I honestly think it would be a little bit of a case of settling for the staff to give one of 2 or 3 scholarships in 2010 to Joe.

If he's tough, I'd take him.

We have plenty of tough guys coming in next year and some returning in Sacre, Meech and Poling. I'm most excited about the freshman though because they all seem like very tough nosed kids.

You might be right great21... don't know when the last time you've seen Joe play but think his game has picked up along with his size (still see people referencing 6'3", when he's now at least 6"6"). Coach Reveno (Portland) actually made the trip to Omak himself for this game.... they've offer, so I guess it was just to show some love. BobZag has made comments before that it will come down to how Joe does at summer ball and pick up games with the team to make scholarship decisions (his maturation has been amazing + confidence so think he'll show well in these situations - but that will be on him)

Just don't want Zags to not take a long hard look - San Diego has already offered after camp and pick up games with current team this past summer (plus high school recruiting trips this year) .... Other larger schools have also been sniffing around too ---I'll die if he's an I-5 dog

We need some Eastern Washington kids. Let's see:

Floyd (2 of them)

All of these in recent years. Eaton a bit further back. I probably forgot some.

Harris got 31 last night in easy win

Does Joe play on an AAU team? Seems like that scene would be the best to gauge his ability to compete with higher caliber players. Will be fun to follow.

go zags!!!

He was with Friends of Hoop (FOH) last summer, I believe. FOH gets quite a bit of exposure.

Was at a function at TCU earlier this week - since originally from Washington, I actually got asked if I'd heard of Harris. They knew he was on FOH (Phenom Camp), apparently they played in Houston last year?

Think there will be a lot of looks this summer especially from schools not in the NW

The Kingwood Classic is one of the biggest AAU tourneys. FOH was likely there.
