View Full Version : Why won't we slam dunk?

I have seen about 3 shots that could have been slam dunks but they tried to go easy to the hoop. Why? We are going to need to have some power and Kuso needs to just power it in the hoop!!! It isn't just Kuso either.

Will Foster in the second half? Maybe?

Because Kuso doesn't have the experience to really know when and when not to slam it home. I realize he's played all of the second half, but he's still a new Division 1 player.

ZAGCO's FREE ADVICE TO KUSO: Dunk it every single dingle time you can.

I don't know, maybe he has J.P. hops.

Between Kuso and Mallon, we've probably got all of five or six inches of combined vertical leap!

Maybe our shortest guys should play the center position.

Crap, after that last Bouldin airball on the near layup, I'm laughing.

Did we all forget how to shoot?

TUCKC SAYS: "I don't know, maybe he has J.P. hops"

Have you ever seen Kuso play? He has quite enough vertical. Comparing his vertical to JP is an insult.

P.S. JP didn't need vert for his game.

Did you ever see Kuso go 2-7 and have 2 fouls in 15 minutes? Cuz I just did, and I have all season.

Tuck:
WTF does that have to do with Kuso's hops?

TuckC

Well, if he can dunk and have hops, why is he 2-7? Too newbish to dunk like I said in my first post? And just stop and watch the game.

So Kuso isn't the only problem.

I agree that the fact they were not slaming it down there throats early on opting for lay ups on wide open dunk opportunities set the passive tone early. That was only the beginning of many more problems to come.
