    Tonight

Two big time games in the WCC tonight. San Diego vs. Wisconsin in the San Juan tourney and also the St. Marys Gaels playing the Vanguard Industries Fighting Lions.

Bo Ryan is going to have his hands full tonight with the Toreros. My prediction for tomorrow night is a UCONN-USD final. This WCC preseason to date has been pretty impressive. Good to see our foes knocking off some tougher out of conference foes (i.e. Nevada, UW, Fresno State, etc.).

I know the rest is good, but last night I really wished we had a game. Just to stay fresh. Look forward to see Sacre again!

While i would love to see San Diego win i think Wisconsin will pull it off.

Any one know how Sacre looks? Will he be ready to contribute in the Old Spice Classic or will it take a while? Hope he can play as soon as possible. Healthily too.

When does the team leave for Orlando?

      I'll take USD over Wisky.

I believe the team will leave Tuesday or Wednesday morning.

I'm just about positive the team leaves Tuesday.

I'll get an update on Rob tomorrow.

I'm going with USD. Wisconsin barely beat Monson's LBSU squad at Madison, and the Badgers needed overtime to get rid of Iona in San Juan.

It should be noted that both teams had a day off yesterday in San Juan to prepare for this game.

The game before this one - UConn vs. Miami FLA - should be a dandy. There are some folks complaining that the organizers should've put both of these teams on opposite ends of the bracket.

I am calling the Canes to win in this one.

I'm an instant fan of the 7'0" freshman for Xavier, Kenny Frease.

He looks like UW's Hawes to me. He may even move a tad quicker.

It looks like the Pilots are starting to turn the corner and playing some solid basketball. I hope they keep it up this could be a good year for the wcc.

Along with Portland, future Zag foe Portland State beats a good Fullerton squad.

Memphis looks very vulnerable compared to last season.
