Meghan Winters, a 5'11" wing/combo guard from Regis Jesuit in Denver ('09), has verballed to Gonzaga. Meghan is the daughter of former NBA sharpshooter and NBA/WNBA head coach Brian Winters. Meghan was being recruited by Boston College, Colorado State, Marquette, New Mexico and UCLA. Meghan's Regis Jesuit team finished second in the Colorado state tournament last year, losing to Highlands Ranch in the championship game.

Angelo... didn't Matt Bouldin go to Thunder Ridge HS?

Also, Meghan's sister Keelin was the WCC Freshman of the Year in women's soccer last year (plays for Portland)... I guess there are some good genes in that family, huh?

Bouldin is from Highland's Ranch, CO and attended ThunderRidge High.

A high-level "get" by Coach Graves and his staff. She can play the 1, 2, and 3. During the state game she tore an ACL but will be 100% long before she steps on campus in '09.

This is a great addition.
