For those of you who have watched pendo leave it all on the court the past few years, this kid is aclaimed to have the same heart and desire. He wants to be a zag, and has said it from the get go. I know more schools are getting on him, and rightfully so, but I hope we can land him quick. I think he would be a great player, be it a role player or a starter. Here is a video of highlights to showcase some of his stuff.

What ZagNut08 Said. He'd be a fan favorite, like Pendo as well.

Tingley's a couple inches shorter than Pendo, isn't he? Plus, he plays guard not SF. I love Pendo. He's a pocket battleship. I think Tingsley, though, brings more quickness and fluidity--an opinion based solely on the Internet clips I've seen of Tingsley.

I wonder. Could Tingsley have been offered and verbaled? (I'm reacting to BZ's earlier seranade on this site. Pure speculation on my part.)

Not aware of Tinsley being offered yet, but the staff is actively recruiting him.

I would love to get my hands on that game tape of him going up against Oak Hill where he put 30+ on them. He probably had Nolan Smith on him that game. Smith is headed to Duke. Brandon Jennings might've also spent some time guarding him.

so are we really actively pursuiting him? he looks pretty solid. i played against a lot of solid D1 "guards" and i like the way he plays. I'm a few years out of high school but I played against Brooks and Stewart, and I like this kid.

Does Tinsley remind anyone else of Wazzu's Taylor Rochestie?

but I think that is where the similarity ends. Tinsley is a better scorer of the basketball IMHO, and probably a bit better on D (more range and stronger).

Rochestie is a fun player to watch though....very clever with the ball. I like when he is in and the Cougs move Lowe to the 2.
