Now that we know the Bruins won't get a #1 seed; who do you think the 4 number one seeds will be?

I choose UNC, Miami, Ohio State and.................

While I don't think that UCLA still deserves a #1 seed, I don't put it past the committee to give them one.

Miami??? haha.

What I think the NCAA will do:

Ohio State, Kansas, Carolina, UCLA.

I think that last spot comes down to UCLA or Florida, and even though UCLA has lost two in a row, Florida has had more struggles in the last 10 games.

But then again, who knows?

Especially with all that can happen in conference tournaments, A&M, Texas, Florida, Memphis and Wisconsin could all get top spots. Here's something to ponder...if a majority of these teams fall in their tournaments, and WSU wins out...could they get a #1? UW got a top seed a few years back, but I don't remember what they were ranked.

Thinking out loud.

Kansas may have gained a No. 1 seed when UCLA lost the other night.

The others would be Ohio State, North Carolina, and ... um ... errr ... I'm not sure I can say Texas but just for yucks, yeah.

Well, Georgetown just got through running Pitt out of MSG.

Assuming Texas does not win the Big XII Final tomorrow, I wonder if I can amend my number one seeds.

West - Kansas
Midwest - Ohio State
East - Georgetown
South - Florida

No way UCLA should get a #1 after losing in the first round of the Pac 10 and losing two in a row overall. Memphis suffers from the same affiliction as Gonzaga and will not get a #1, because of their mid-major status.

Wolkster,

Memphis won't get a #1 seed because they are a mid-major?

Don't recall last year?
