I see Pendo is playing on the team NBC Thunder. He is the perfect type of player to excel in this type of tournament. Tony Skinner is in the same division and is playing for the team No Mercy. Any info on other former Zags playing in Hoopfest?

I'll see if I can find onein the meantime ...

Main Hoopfest Website Link here (http://www.spokanehoopfest.net/site/)

On that page, there is a link "Brackets (http://www.spokanehoopfest.net/search/)," where you can enter a player name for which to search.

My first hit: Winston Brooks, playing for #3335: HOOP HEARTED

Bracket 5
Court Name: Avista #1
Court Location: Spokane Falls & Stevens

Yup, I figured that out in the meantime.

Looks like there's some neat pre-funk stuff going on this afternoon. I'm going to try to head down for that ... maybe even take the bus! (gasp!) and avoid parking issues.

Wasn't it OzZag who was saying we shouldn't miss a chance to see Delta Goodrem?

Looks like she should draw some interest from the Foo's Lechers Network ....

Edited to add: Yup, it was OzZag:
This may be moved but,

Along with great 3 on 3 basketball, I saw on the Hoopfest front page that an entertainer from my neck of the woods will be performing. Delta Goodrem, along with being exceedingly beautiful (is that possible) is also very talented. If you get a chance to catch her live I would take it. She is from the area of Sydney I live in.OzZag, ZN's going to try to take a bullet for you and go down to see the lady.I wonder what time she might be on ... Anyone have a clue?

Adrian also looks like someone ZN would like and should take advantage of the opportunity to listen to for free ... looks like this is a "Bring-a-sack-lunch" event. ;) This website (http://www.djbooth.net/index/tracks/review/adrian-temptation/) has a link where you can listen to a song by him. Nice R & B.

Eric Hutchinson, another up-and-comer on that list also sounds like someone ZN would like to watch/listen to while soaking up some hoops spirit. Youtube (http://youtube.com/watch?v=SpbkNsNzCGg&feature=user).
