Just graduated from GU last month. I decided to take a year off and work at a law firm. Most likely, I'll be going to law school in fall 2009. Anyway, I have only been out of school a month, but I already miss GU. Once something is gone, it really puts things into perspective. That is all. Please forgive my aside.

Got news for you zagster: you'll never stop missing GU. I graduated over 30 years ago, and I miss it greatly. My four years there were among the best of my life.

20 is right around the corner for me (2010) and I miss everything about GU. Best 5 years of my life. Look, my mom taught there, I was in no rush to leave. :)

My drinking experiences havent been as fun. Having your 20 best friends within walking distance of 3 bars that serve $6 pitchers certainley beats the Seattle experience for me.

Absolutely. Though getting away from those days of my life has been incredible for my pocketbook and overall health. :)

Conversely, most of my drinking takes place near Qwest and Safeco. At Pyrmaid and Sluggers pitchers are 13$ and 12$ respectively. Jimmy's On First doesnt even have pitchers  so your's paying like $6 a glass. Inside the stadium is even worse. My pocketbook is suffering!
