Some feel that the Tennessee game is a must win if the defending national champs have any hope of getting into the NCAA's. Their resume isn't too great at the moment.

It is interesting to note that every Zags loss has come to a RPI top 50 team.

RPI numbers as of this morning Gonzaga #30

Tennessee #1
Memphis #3
Washington State #22
Oklahoma #27
St. Mary's #33
Texas Tech #49

Top 50 Wins

Connecticut # 13
St. Mary's #33
Western Kentucky #50

Others of note.
Virginia Tech is #56
St Joseph is #63

With a few more lucky bounces we could have won the WSU, OK, and St Mary's game. I think we get a #5 or #6 seed come selection Sunday. 5 seeds have been dreadfull in the past, so let's hope for a 6 out west.
