Gonzaga's RPI of 38 is the second best ever achieved by a WCC school (this late in the season). The conference has an RPI of 8 (out of 31); as recently as 3 years ago, the conference RPI was in the 20's.

Seems deserving of a much higher seed than 13 as currently reported in TerpZag's post.

The 13 seed would make me think they're in only with the auto-bid.

(I know it doesn't work this way, but) An RPI of 38 would directly transfer to a 10 seed - which usually goes to an at-large team.

I guess the right thing to do is win the WCC tourney and not have to worry about any of this...
